In late October the wind and surf turned a simple walk on the beach at Rehoboth Beach, DE, into an hour spent viewing wave patterns. With a heavy surf the wind gusts blew water off the crashing waves displaying beautiful streams of mist as they crashed into the sand.

Hi Ron. I believe that one is a storm water drain. However, Rehoboth is spending a great deal of money to build a very controversial Outfall Pipe for their sewage system.

Baltimore’s has been controversial since the late 1800s. It now dumps into Back River and heads to the Chesapeake Bay. 1.5 billion in upgrades just this year. There has got to be a better way!
