Located close to our home Trap Pond State Park, Laurel, DE is our go to kayaking location as the weather and water turn cooler. Incredibly beautiful no matter the season Trap Pond truly shines in the autumn. November 5, 2020 found us spending several hours soaking up the golden fall colors.

Great to see a place I’ve actually been! Looks like stunning weather – it was cloudy when we camped there, so my photos don’t have the gorgeous blue water, but I got a great heron pic. Over a year ago now – how time flies!
